Cancel anytime through your iPhone: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Simplifier → Cancel Subscription. Your subscription continues until the end of your current billing period — you won't lose access immediately. You can also manage subscriptions through the App Store.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not Simplifier directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com within 14 days of purchase and select the transaction. We support Apple's standard refund policy and won't dispute reasonable refund requests.
No. Simplifier does not store your documents or analysis results on any server. Documents are sent to Google Gemini AI for processing and the result is returned directly to your device. After analysis, we have no copy of your content — it's gone. We never have access to what you analyze.
We do not sell or share your document content with any third parties. The only external service involved in document processing is Google Gemini API, which follows Google's privacy policies. No. Simplifier requires no account, no email address, and no personal information. Download and start using it immediately. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID — we never see your personal details or payment information.
Ensure your PDF is not password-protected. PDFs that contain only scanned images (image-only PDFs with no selectable text) may have limited text extraction — for best results, try taking a photo of the document instead. AI analysis can occasionally make errors, especially with unusual document formats or highly specialized content. Try: breaking large documents into smaller sections, using a different analysis mode (e.g., Ask with a specific question instead of Summarize), or taking a clearer photo if using camera input.
